First, we work with our clients to articulate a compelling case for change. We distil strategy and implementation plans to a core statement of:
- Why change is needed - the big forces and the special factors at work;
- Where the organization must to get to - the vision of success;
- The Values that determine attitudes and behaviour and will underpin change and progress;
- What has to be done do to get there - the key changes and improvements needed;
- How exactly change will be achieved - the programmes and processes that will make it happen;
- The impact on stakeholders- and their roles in the transformation - managing their expectations - and for those most directly involved, making clear roles and priorities.
We then translate this roadmap into a communications campaign strategy, for internal and external stakeholders.
We identify the best communications channels and activities - the obvious and the innovative - through which to reach and engage people.
We provide the concepts for key materials and events, develop content, and manage production.
We orchestrate external research and internal intellectual property to form "knowledge capital" that will add substance and urgency to the case for change and provide a platform for communication and debate about new strategies.
We project manage the whole campaign - from concept to final delivery if required, coordinating the work of other agencies.
